1. The service

Bindr is a free, in-browser utility for combining PDF documents and rearranging their pages. There is no account, no subscription and no charge for use.

2. Your files are yours

Because Bindr runs locally in your browser, you keep sole ownership and control of every file you work on. We never receive them, so we can neither recover nor delete them on your behalf. Keep your own copies of source documents before rearranging them.

3. Acceptable use

Use Bindr only with documents you have the right to handle, and only for lawful purposes.

4. No warranty

Bindr is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of defects, or that an exported document will meet a particular requirement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of Bindr are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including document corruption or data loss.
